Cottage Cheese Ice Cream with Peanut Butter & Dark Chocolate

Ingredients
  

  • 350 g cottage cheese
  • 80 g liquid honey
  • 40 g smooth 100% peanut butter
  • 40 g dark chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth.
  2. Add honey and peanut butter. Mix well.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Pour into a freezer-safe container or loaf pan.
  5. Freeze for a minimum of 4–6 hours.
  6. Remove from freezer 5–10 minutes before serving. Scoop and enjoy!
