This creamy avocado chocolate dessert is one of my favorite quick treats when I want something sweet but simple.
It’s naturally sweetened, requires no baking, and comes together in just a few minutes.
Perfect for an easy dessert or a healthier chocolate craving fix.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 soft Medjool dates
- Pinch of salt (optional)
- Handful of berries or nuts for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Add the avocados, cocoa powder, dates, and salt to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon the mixture into serving glasses.
- Top with berries or nuts if desired.
- Enjoy immediately or chill for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
If your dates are dry, soak them in hot water for about 10 minutes before blending.
If the mixture feels too thick, add a small splash of water and blend again.
